Sometimes, some plates in the Philippines are green, if you see a green plate like this you are necessarily in the Philippines
Portugal
Portugal has the classic plates of the European Union (white with a blue part on the left) but has a yellow part on the right
Argentina
Plates in Argentina are mostly white with a black box in the middle as pictured

If you see a white plate with a blue part on the left, you are in one of the countries of the European Union (there are 27 such as France, Germany, Spain, etc.)
All the other countries have similar plates, often white or yellow and it is therefore very difficult to differentiate them only thanks to the license plates, so you have to rely on other metas.
